The rotocure machine is used for vulcanizing sheets used for conveyor belts, rubber sheets and rubberized fabric.
Application: Mainly used for continuous vulcanization of various rubber sheets, rubber belts and rubber-coated fabrics. By heating and pressurizing rubber materials, cross-linking reaction of rubber molecules occurs, thereby improving the strength, elasticity and wear resistance of rubber.
Structure:
Roller: is the main part of the machine, used for rubber belt vulcanization. Usually made of heat-resistant and pressure-resistant materials, there is a heating device inside, which can make the surface of the drum reach the desired vulcanization temperature.
Drive roller: connected to the reducer, used to transmit power, so that the drum runs at different speeds to meet the vulcanization requirements of different rubber belts.
Steel belt: connect all the rollers into a drive chain, so that they can work together to ensure the smooth operation of the rubber belt during vulcanization.
Hydraulic device: provide tension and pressure to ensure that the rubber belt in the vulcanization process by uniform pressure, thus ensuring the quality of vulcanization.
EPC centering device: control the running track of the steel belt, prevent the deviation of the steel belt, and ensure the position accuracy of the rubber belt in the vulcanization process.
Hot oil heating device: precisely control the process temperature in the vulcanization process to ensure that the rubber belt is vulcanized at the right temperature to obtain good performance.
Unwinding device: used to convey the rubber belt to be vulcanized, the rubber belt is unwound from the reel and sent to the vulcanizing machine.
Traction device: control the tension of rubber belt before and after vulcanization, so that rubber belt in the vulcanization process to maintain appropriate tension, prevent rubber belt deformation or relaxation.
Winding device: used for winding vulcanized rubber belt, winding vulcanized rubber belt into a roll for subsequent processing and use.
