Product Description
1.Intelligent Control:The thermal unit adopts an intelligent water temperature automatic controller to make the water temperature intelligent control, that is, the water supply temperature automatically adjusts the water temperature according to the program settings.
2. Energy Saving:During the exchange of soda and water, a condensate water tank is set up to make full use of the heat of the condensate water.
3. Compact Structure and Small Footprint:The system water replenishment adopts diaphragm air pressure control or frequency conversion control, and at the same time, the condensate water tank, expansion water tank (except diaphragm air pressure control), and water replenishment tank are integrated to maximally compress the floor space.
4. Reliable Quality: Each component has been carefully designed and selected, and it has undergone strict process assembly and strict quality inspection, layer by layer, to ensure that each component is a qualified product.
5. Facilitate Centralized Management:The standard modular design of the plate heat exchanger unit is intelligent and centralized.
INSTALL:
1. The unit should be installed on the basis of 100-200mm above the ground, and flattened with rubber pads to prevent tilting, no need to fix.
2. When setting the foundation of the unit, a maintenance and operation space of 1-1.5m must be reserved around it.
3. When handling or installing, only use force on the basis of the unit, and pay attention to the protection of each part of the unit.
4. Strictly check whether the unit is abnormal before installation. After confirming that it is correct, connect the pipeline
correctly according to the random file.
5. Do a pressure test on the unit and connecting pipelines within the working pressure range.
