The strainer is used for straining impurities from rubber compounds prior to processing.
Features
Screw is made of best 38CrMoALA, its hardness is higher generally than HRC62 ( 60-65 ), Depth of nitrogen is higher than 0.55-0.7 mm ( 0.4-0.7 )
Bush is also made of 38CrMoALA, its hardness is generally higher than HRC66( 65-70 ), Depth of nitrogen is generally higher than 0.55-0.7 mm ( 0.4-0.7 mm )
Feeding device is made of feeding roller and feeding barrel, Feeding roller is driven by gears and its structure resembles Italy type. The rubber will never leak out, then it is never impossible for that the rubber enters into the bearing bush.
Screw made of special steel is with nitrogen treatment, durable.
Jacketed type barrel can be cooled for cooling the rubbers effectively.
Double head strainer to be quickly and easily exchanged.
