2000mV Diaphragm ORP Sensor Electrode With Wide Response Range
Introduction and advantages:
The ORP sensor adopts ring type platinum detection head with a wide response range, the ORP range is ±2000mV. The pressure range of the ORP electrode is 0~2bar.
This probe is an ORP composite electrode with a reinforced ABS plastic housing for a very strong structure. To facilitate user installation, the ORP sensor has mounting threads at the beginning and end.
The reference of the ORP sensor ASR301V-D10-A uses a large-area annular multihole diaphragm. The advantage of porous diaphragms is the fast permeation rate and quick response, and the material is not easy to clog and easy to clean.
Design of double salt bridge for the reference system. The reference electrode is Ag/AgCl, filled KCL solid gel.
The ORP electrode is equipped with a protective sleeve with its own cleaning port, so the user can quickly access the automatic cleaning system and save time.
This ORP probe is equipped with a standard 10-meter low noise lead.
Applications:
1. Water treatment monitoring: drinking water, surface water source water quality, groundwater, environmental protection sewage discharge monitoring, urban drainage pipe network monitoring, etc.
2. Industrial process monitoring and dosing control management: chemical industry, petroleum, papermaking, food and medicine, electroplating, PCB manufacturing, etc.
