Electric Rotary Piling Rig 90 kN.m Torque 45 m Depth Zero Emission for Urban Foundation Construction
The XRE-9045E electric rotary piling rig is a fully electrified foundation drilling machine engineered for zero-emission urban construction. Driven by a 90 kW high-torque electric motor on a 380 V industrial power supply, it delivers a rated output torque of 90 kN.m and a maximum drilling depth of 45 m, making it a dependable solution for cast-in-place bored piles in residential, commercial and municipal projects. Because the diesel engine is completely removed, the machine produces no exhaust gas, cuts site noise to below 70 dB and reduces energy consumption by up to 40 percent compared with conventional hydraulic rotary rigs.
A compact crawler chassis and an auto-erecting interlocking kelly bar let a single operator move, position and drill with minimal site preparation. The rig is especially suitable for night work, hospitals, schools and dense city blocks where emission, noise and vibration are tightly controlled. Every structural weld is stress-relieved and every hydraulic joint is pressure tested before shipment, so the machine holds its precision after years of continuous piling work.

The electric rotary piling rig is built for urban foundation engineering where green construction is mandatory. It is widely used for cast-in-place bored piles in high-rise buildings, subway stations, underground garages, hospitals, schools and commercial complexes, as well as for municipal bridge piers and retaining walls.
Because it runs on grid power, the machine is an excellent choice for enclosed or semi-enclosed sites such as tunnels and basement excavations, where diesel exhaust would be dangerous and expensive to ventilate. Contractors also choose it for overnight city work because the low noise level keeps the project within local environmental regulations.
Packaging & Quality Assurance
Each piling rig is wrapped in anti-rust film, fixed on a steel frame and shipped by flat rack or container. The kelly bar, drill bucket and wearing parts are packed separately with protective covers to prevent transport damage.
