The PE PP-R pipe extrusion manufacturing machine production line is suitable for producing large-diameter PE PP-R gas and water pipes, offering excellent stiffness and flexibility, heat resistance, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, resistance to environmental stress cracking, creep deformation resistance, thermal bonding, and more. Therefore, this PE PP-R pipe extrusion production line is the preferred choice for gas and water pipeline systems between urban and suburban areas. Large-diameter HDPE LDPE PE pipes are increasingly playing a vital role in urban water and gas supply systems.
Capacity: Single-screw extruder, suitable for processing high-capacity PE resin, with a maximum output of 1000 kg/h.

The extruder features a large L/D ratio and a multi-mixing design, making it more suitable for low-temperature extrusion of PE, PP, and PP-R.
Specially designed spiral die for PE, PP, and PP-R pipes with marking lines, equipped with an internal oil temperature control system.
Aesthetically practical stainless steel body for vacuum calibration and spray cooling system. The unique multi-stage vacuum system ensures stable dimensions and cooling for pipes with marking lines. The special spray cooling system enhances cooling efficiency. The specialized water level and temperature system makes the machine more intelligent.
The haul-off unit adopts a special guardrail structure for easy operation. The guardrail clamping system combines mechanical and pneumatic mechanisms for enhanced reliability.
The cutting system employs saw blade and planetary cutting methods. The water collection tank uses a hydraulic system to ensure a smooth cross-section. Equipped with a dust collection device to maintain a clean working environment.

The PP-R pipe production line is primarily used for manufacturing pipes in applications such as agricultural drainage, water supply and drainage, and cable laying.
This production line consists of a single extruder, die, vacuum calibration tank, multi-gripper haul-off unit, planetary cutter (dust-free/chip-free cutting machine), and stacker. The line can be equipped with additional devices such as a controller for wall thickness adjustment or a computer inkjet printer, enabling the production and manufacturing of high-grade pipes.
