This pelletizing extruder has a special design screw and different configuration suitable for recycling and pelletizing raw materials such as:

The pelletizing machine can pelletize raw materials with different colors. It has a high torque gearbox designed to produce low noise and stable operation. The screw and barrel surface has been specially treated to make them wearable. This machine is ideal for achieving good plastification and mixing effect and has high production capacity.
The extruder has vacuum vented design to exhaust vapor or gas during production. This allows for stable output and denser pellets.
This machine is used to pelletize recycled materials and ensure extruded granules are pure using a screen exchanger. The raw material can be PE/PP/PS/ABS scrap. The machine consists of two sets of single screw extruder, die and mold, cooling sink, pelletizer, fetch water device, hydraulic pressure station, pressure sensor, automatic control system, and spiral feeding machine. The capacity can be adjusted between 200-800kg/hr depending on requirements.
