The polyurethane PERT pre-insulation pipe-internationally known as a flexible pre-insulated pipe-is defined in Chinese standards as Type II Heat-Resistant Polyethylene (PE-RT II) Low-Temperature Direct-Buried Heating Pipe.
This production line adopts a one-step continuous foaming process, ensuring stable performance, high production efficiency, and long-term reliability for district heating applications.
It saves the raw materials for using PE-RT II pipe.
Example: Level 2 design pressure: 10 Bar; for cold and hot water transfer in buildings
Selection of different material pipes: the highest PE-RTIIS value; the thinnest wall thickness
Compared to PERT I, PERT II can reduce material use by 15%
Relative to PP-R, PERT II can reduce material use by 30%
