Cross-Linked PE Heat Shrink Sleeve/Tape Manufacturing Line for Pipeline Coating and Protection
The heat shrink sleeve production line is a modern production system integrating high efficiency, energy saving, and intelligent control. The system consists of an LDPE substrate extrusion production line, a heat shrink tape coating production line, molding and processing equipment, and auxiliary equipment.
The entire set of equipment features low energy consumption and low noise as its core advantages, supports precise speed adjustment production, and is equipped with an intelligent operating system, capable of meeting the production requirements of high-standard anti-corrosion materials.
HUASHIDA Radiation cross linked heat shrinkable sleeve is mainly used in field girth weld coating, anti-corrosive thermal insulated pipe; waterproof pipe joints of plastic water supplying and drainage water pipe.
Product process flow :
1. the PE back film extrusion line produces PE film as clients' requirements,
2. sent the PE back film to professional irradiation company to do radiation crosslinking treatment with right radiation does, so that the sleeve has Good fire resistance and tensile strength;
3. put the irradiated back film into the heat shrinkable sleeve adhesive coating production line for adhesive coating.
In this process, the heat shrinkable sleeve substrate is first stretched twice to ensure that the heat shrinkable sleeve has a good shrinkage rate, and then a unique formula of hot melt adhesive is extruded by a professional reaction vessel and bonded with the back film. The finished product is peeled off. high strength.
