Product Description
HUASHIDA Steel pipe anti-corrosion coating line is used for anti-corrosion coating steel pipe in the factory with various diameter, which is more widely used in varieties of engineering construction, especially in the heating, gas, oil field.
The lines can be applied to FBE, 2 layer FBE, 2 layer PE, 2 layer PP and 3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating.
3 layer PE anti-corrosion coating consists of first FBE coating, middle adhesive layer and outer polyethylene layer.
Steel Pipe Internal FBE and External 3LPE Anti-Corrosion Coating Production line According to customer demand for the production of different specifications products. The anti corrosive steel pipe has many advantages, such as strong corrosion resistance of the coating, which can resist the erosion of a variety of chemical mediator; The coating surface is smooth and the friction resistance is small.
Internal FBE External 3LPE coating Features: 1. Microcomputer-controlled automatic adjustment of the coordination of various parts of the production line. 2.
