The Qingdao Huashida HSD1000-2400 integrates "blast-cleaning - epoxy spraying - adhesive/PE coating - water-cooling" into a single pass.
Pipe OD 1,000-2,400 mm, wall 2.5-18 mm, output ≈ 300 km per single shift/year.
Three-layer one-step build: FBE ≥ 100 µm + AD 170-250 µm + PE 2.5-3.7 mm.
Key modules: 65/30 epoxy spray booth, 120/30 PE extruder, 120 kW mid-frequency heater, 15 m water-spray tunnel.
Eco package: cyclone + cartridge dust collector keeps dust ≤ 10 mg/m³, noise ≤ 75 dB.

3PE can strengthen the pipeline's mechanical properties, high electrical resistance, waterproof, wearable, anti-aging.
3PE coating/coated steel pipes are widely used in pipeline systems for the transmission of oil, gas, water and other fluids. They have highly resistance to corrosive from chemicals, moisture, harmful environment etc.



The line includes systems of steel pipe transportation, surface disposal, dust catching, pipe heating, electrostatic spraying, coating, water cooling, edge cutting, hydraulic and pneumatic device, detecting and electric controlling system.

Upload pipes→pipes screw conveyor→rust removal of intermediate frequency heating→Epoxy powder coating→outer layer soli quid & polyethylene coating→cooling spray→pipes screw conveyor→grinding pipes, send→unload pipes

Packaged by wrapping film, the charge should be beard if used wooden pallet or wooden case demanded by buyer.

-The guarantee period is 12 months for machinable parts, 6monthes for electrical parts.  After the end of the Guarantee period the Supplier is obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.  
-During a warranty period of exploitation the Seller undertakes to execute warranty service of the equipment, troubleshooting and replacement of out of service spares, except for breakings, bound with incorrect exploitation of the equipment by the Buyer.
-Seller provide the technical service with free, and training the workers of buyers.

The product pipe fully complies with  SY/T0315-2005 ,CNPC38-2002 "Technical specifications for double-layer fusion-bonded epoxy powder coating on buried steel pipe and Canada, American Corrosion Association standards.
