Our Polyethylene Electro-Fusion Tape is a specialized pipe fitting widely used for connecting and providing anti-corrosion protection for pipelines. Made from a composite of polyethylene sheets and electro-fusion heating wires, it is an essential component, especially for the field joints of directly buried pre-insulated pipes.

Precision Fit: The tape is available in widths of 60mm to 80mm, specifically designed to match the corrugated profile of the pipes, allowing for precise welding along the cutting edges.
Optimal Welding Process: For the best air-tight seal, the recommended procedure is to first weld the pipe's interior edges using a handheld extruder, followed by an external welding pass with our narrow electro-fusion tape.
