Product Overview

The Huashida Steel Elbow 3PE Coating Line is engineered for the external anti-corrosion coating of steel elbows, hot bends, and other curved steel pipe sections.

Designed for demanding pipeline applications, this line is widely used in industries such as:

The line is built to deliver a consistent 3-layer PE anti-corrosion coating system (3PE):

  1. Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE)

  3. Polyethylene Outer Layer (PE)

The result is a durable coating structure with strong adhesion, excellent corrosion resistance, and reliable long-term protection for harsh operating environments.


How It Works

The production line is configured with 16 or more elbow pipe support and conveying stations, allowing curved pipe sections to move steadily through each stage of the process.

Each elbow is supported and rotated around its center by a dedicated drive mechanism. The system uses a motor-driven gear ring transmission to ensure smooth and controlled rotation during blasting, heating, powder coating, and wrapping.

To accommodate different pipe sizes, the support roller height can be adjusted through the lifting mechanism, maintaining a stable and consistent centerline throughout production.

This design helps ensure:
