Our Steel Elbow 3PE Anti-Corrosion Production Line is specially designed for hot-bent pipes, elbows, and other curved structural pipe fittings within a suitable size range. It provides a highly efficient, fully automated, one-stop solution for anti-corrosion coating production.
This integrated production line combines multiple key processes into one continuous workflow, including:
The line not only effectively removes rust, oxide scale, and welding slag from the pipe surface, but also helps relieve welding stress. In addition, the shot blasting process improves the surface roughness, significantly enhancing the adhesion strength of the epoxy powder and 3PE coating layers, thereby improving the overall anti-corrosion performance and mechanical durability of the finished product.
The elbow conveyor system is specially designed for stable and flexible transportation of curved pipes during the coating process.
This system ensures uniform and efficient heating of elbow pipes before coating.
The powder spraying system is designed for precise and uniform application of epoxy powder on curved pipe surfaces.
The winding machine is used for wrapping the PE layer onto the elbow pipe surface after epoxy and adhesive application.
The complete production line is equipped with an intelligent PLC control system for automatic operation and process monitoring.
