The One-Step Polyurethane (PU) Insulated Pipe Production Line is an advanced, fully integrated manufacturing system designed for the continuous production of high-performance insulated pipelines used in district heating, oil & gas transportation, and underground thermal networks. The production line is suitable for manufacturing pre-insulated pipes with diameters ranging from 30mm to 500mm (or customized), meeting international standards for thermal insulation and pipeline protection.
