PUR Foam Spray & PE Winding Line Steel Pipe Insulation with Continuous PUR

Huashida's independently developed PUR Spray & PE Wrapping Insulated Steel Pipe Production Line (suitable for 508-1620 mm steel pipes) integrates three core sections: an external pipe shot blasting and rust removal line, a polyurethane spray foaming line, and a PE wrap winding line.

This advanced production system is supported by multiple national utility patents and has received a Level 5 technology rating from a third-party evaluation, meeting domestic leading industry standards. It has also been recognized as a "First Set of Technical Equipment" in Shandong Province.

The line adopts a continuous PUR spraying process and is fully automated, delivering high production efficiency, reduced raw material consumption, and optimized energy savings. It ensures excellent polyurethane foaming quality, a high closed-cell rate, low water absorption, and a stable three-in-one (trinity) molded structure.

The resulting insulated pipes are eco-friendly and low-carbon, offering stable performance along with outstanding economic and social benefits.

The spraying and winding production process ensures the uniformity of the density of the insulation layer, significantly improving product quality and reducing production costs.

The PUF spray PE winding pre-insulated pipe production line mainly consists of the following parts:

• Steel Pipe Outer Wall Shot Blasting Line: Cleans the outer wall of the steel pipe, removing impurities and rust to provide a good surface condition for subsequent spraying.
• Polyurethane Spray Molding Line: Precisely controls the amount and uniformity of polyurethane spraying to form a high-quality insulation layer.
• Polyethylene Sheet Extruding Winding Line: Extrudes and winds the polyethylene material onto the insulation layer to form a sturdy outer casing.
• Water Cooling Line: Cools the formed pipe to ensure stable product dimensions.
• End-Cutting Equipment: Precisely cuts the two ends of the pipe to meet installation requirements.
