1. Raw Material Feeding: Plastic granules (usually HDPE) are loaded into the system
2. Extrusion System: The material is melted and extruded through a die to form a continuous plastic pipe or casing
3. Vacuum Calibration & Cooling: The extruded casing is shaped and cooled to achieve accurate dimensions and smooth surface finish
4. Haul-Off Unit: The casing is continuously pulled at a controlled speed
5. Cutting or Winding System: Finished casings are cut into required lengths or coiled for storage and transport
