The Polyurethane spraying Polyethylene winding pre insulation pipe production line, independently developed by HUASHIDA company, holds multiple national patents. According to third-party standardization evaluation, the technical advancement level is level 5, reaching domestic advanced standards.
This machine has earned the title of "First Set of Technical Equipment in Shandong Province." It employs either continuous or intermittent spraying production processes with high automation, fast production efficiency, and raw material savings. The foaming closed-cell rate is increased while water absorption is reduced. The trinity molding design ensures reliable performance, and the equipment is low-carbon, environmentally friendly, delivering higher economic and social benefits.

Dust removal meets environmental standards
Intelligent shot blasting and rust removal scheme with sequential opening and self-locking, energy-saving frequency conversion motor, sand volume setting by pipe diameter, air washing system for shot sand cleaning, quick specification changes, and three-level dust removal meeting environmental standards.
Suitable for large-diameter insulation pipes
High load-bearing spiral conveyor line enables continuous polyurethane foam spraying and polyethylene winding with high efficiency, energy saving, speed, and stability. Ideal for continuous production of large-diameter insulation pipes while saving transportation equipment investment.

Automatic processing of upper and lower pipes with conveyor line sensors including upper pipe sensors, automatic acceleration tracking sensors, detachment confirmation sensors, and automatic descent sensors ensuring fully automated operation.

Fast online spraying speed, constant intermediate frequency power with minimal grid impact, balanced temperature for energy conservation, continuous spraying saving raw materials, and automatic steel pipe head/tail connection ensuring consistent surface thickness.
Efficient pipeline extrusion
High-efficiency energy-saving extruders for extrusion, mechanical clamping devices for winding and compacting, automatic cutting, triple cutting of anti-corrosion coating, and automatic pipe removal during offline production.
Automated precision pipeline interface machining
Centralized multiple processing steps on a single device for automated processing, achieving precise control over pipe opening size, angle, and blunt edge dimensions.
