This HDPE structured double wall corrugated spiral pipe production line is a high-end engineering solution dedicated to manufacturing Weholite type and hollow-wall structured corrugated pipes. Adopting professional HDPE processing technology, the equipment fabricates pipes with I-Beam structured wall design, featuring outstanding strength-to-weight ratio and superior ring stiffness.
The finished structured spiral pipes serve as an ideal alternative to traditional cement and cast iron pipes, boasting a service life up to 50 years. They deliver excellent resistance to chemical corrosion from acids, alkalis and salts, as well as strong bearing capacity against external ground load pressure, perfectly matching municipal sewage discharge, large-scale drainage and industrial wastewater pipeline projects.

Technological Process
Our hollow-wall extrusion line utilizes a two-part synchronized process to ensure structural integrity:
Profile Extrusion: Raw Material → Vacuum Feeding → Single Screw Extrusion → Vacuum Calibration → Spray Cooling → Traction
The turnkey production line consists of two core supporting units with integrated control system:
Profile Extrusion Unit: High-torque single screw extruder, square tube die head, vacuum calibration table and haul-off machine
Spiral Forming Unit: Secondary melt adhesive extruder, spiral winding forming machine and automatic cutting system
Central Control System: PLC full set control, realizing synchronous linkage of extrusion and winding processes
