Product Description


The HDPE jacket pipe extrusion line is a high-efficiency, high-speed, and energy-saving production system specially designed for manufacturing HDPE casing pipes used as protective outer jackets for PU foam thermal pre-insulated pipes according to international standards.

The HDPE jacket pipes are produced using advanced vacuum calibration technology, ensuring smooth inner and outer pipe surfaces, uniform wall thickness, excellent mechanical strength, long service life, reliable anti-corrosion performance, and superior heat preservation properties.

HDPE jacket pipes are widely used in district heating systems, oil transportation pipelines, natural gas pipelines, chemical industries, and other thermal insulation pipeline projects.
