Product Overview

The 3-Layer Polyethylene (3LPE) Anti-Corrosion Steel Pipe Coating Line is designed to provide superior protection for steel pipelines used in oil, gas, water, and industrial fluid transportation. The 3LPE anti-corrosion steel pipe features three specialized layers:

  • First Layer – Epoxy Powder Coating: Applied directly onto the steel surface to provide excellent adhesion and outstanding corrosion resistance.
  • Second Layer – Copolymer Adhesive: A bonding layer with branched functional groups ensuring strong integration between the epoxy and polyethylene layers.
  • Third Layer – High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE): The outer protective layer offers high mechanical strength, low water absorption, and long-term durability.

These layers form a highly effective anti-corrosion system, widely recognized for ensuring pipeline safety and longevity.
