The steel pipe anti-corrosion coating production line is specifically designed for applying protective coatings to steel pipes of various diameters. It is widely used in pipeline projects across the heating, gas, and oil industries. The system supports multiple coating configurations, including FBE, 2-layer FBE, 2-layer PE, 2-layer PP, and 3LPE (three-layer polyethylene) coating systems.
3LPE Coating Structure
The 3LPE coating system consists of:
Epoxy powder primer layer - ensures strong adhesion and corrosion resistance
Adhesive middle layer - bonds the primer to the outer layer
Polyethylene outer layer - provides mechanical protection and insulation
This structure offers excellent corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and mechanical strength, effectively extending the service life of pipelines in demanding environments.
