One-Stop Coating Solution for FBE and 3LPE Internal & External Pipe Insulation Line
The steel pipe anticorrosion coating production line is designed for applying protective coatings to steel pipes of various diameters. It is widely used in pipeline projects for heating, gas, and oil industries. The line supports FBE, 2-layer FBE, 2-layer PE, 2-layer PP, and 3LPE coating systems.
The 3LPE coating consists of an epoxy powder primer layer, an adhesive middle layer, and an outer polyethylene layer. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and mechanical strength, effectively extending the service life of pipelines.
The production line operates stably with uniform coating quality and is suitable for continuous anticorrosion processing of steel pipes with different specifications.
