The epoxy powder coating process for steel pipe internal and external walls is an efficient and reliable anti-corrosion solution. The Internal & External FBE Epoxy Coating Production Line developed by Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. has been recognized as the First (Set) Technical Equipment in Shandong Province.
Anti-corrosion steel pipes feature excellent corrosion resistance, a smooth low-friction coating surface, and are widely used in oil and gas transmission, as well as water supply and drainage pipelines.
According to customer demand for the production of different specifications products
Huashida steel pipe internal and external epoxy coating anti-corrosion equipment adopts high metering spraying technology, which can evenly cover the inner and outer wall of steel pipe, improve the anti-corrosion performance and prolong the service life of steel pipe. Meanwhile, it is equipped with PLC automatic control system to reduce human error and realize stable production.
Internal & External FBE coating Structure:
Epoxy powder is a thermosetting, non-toxic coating that, after curing, forms a high-molecular-weight cross-linked coating with excellent chemical corrosion resistance and high mechanical properties. The epoxy powder primer forms a continuous coating, providing excellent adhesion to the steel pipe surface through bonding and curing, and exhibiting excellent chemical resistance and cathodic disbondment resistance. The polymer binder bonds the epoxy powder before gelation and also bonds the polyethylene topcoat, combining the three layers together.

1. The internal powder coating line is equipped with an electrostatic spraying system to avoid pinholes in the internal coating caused by spray gun discharge.
2. The dust collection system provides comprehensive coverage, enabling multi-point environmental control.
3. The external powder coating line adopts a closed-loop powder circulation system, improving recovery rate and cleanliness.
4. The dust collection system features a reasonable airflow, and the filter cartridges are highly efficient, low-noise, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving.
