Pipeline Anti-Corrosion Coating Line with External 3LPE and Internal FBE Technology
The Steel Pipe Internal FBE & External 3LPE Anti-Corrosion Coating Production Line manufactured by HUASHIDA is designed for applying high-performance corrosion protection coatings to steel pipes of various diameters.
This pipeline coating production line is widely used in engineering projects such as:
District heating pipelines
Natural gas transmission pipelines
Water supply pipelines
Oil and fluid transportation pipelines
The internal FBE coating provides strong adhesion and excellent chemical resistance, while the external 3LPE coating forms a durable multi-layer barrier against moisture, soil stress, and harsh environments. The final coating surface is smooth and low-friction, improving flow efficiency and extending the service life of pipelines.
Coating Structure
The coating system combines internal FBE powder coating with external 3-layer polyethylene protection, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance.

Upload pipe → Pipe screw conveyor → Internal rust removal → External rust removal → Medium frequency heating → Internal epoxy powder coating → External epoxy powder coating → Outer layer bonding polyethylene coating → Cooling spraying → Pipe screw conveyor → Pipe end face grinding → Unloading pipe.
