Advantages of epoxy powder:
The epoxy powder is a thermosetting, non-toxic coating, forming a high molecular weight cross-linked structure upon curing. It offers exceptional chemical anti-corrosion and superior mechanical properties. The epoxy powder base layer forms a seamless coating, ensuring excellent adhesion by bonding and solidifying the steel pipe surface, providing outstanding chemical resistance and cathodic disbondment resistance. The polymer adhesive layer bonds the epoxy powder before gelling and secures the polyethylene top layer, integrating all three layers seamlessly.
