Our Advantages
Faster Production Speed
The mold undergoes continuous circumferential pressure water cooling throughout its full operation path, resulting in superior cooling performance. Output can reach more than three times that of air-cooling and traditional water-cooling systems.
Lower Energy Consumption
The extrusion system uses a buffered forced-feeding section, significantly reducing the power consumption of the main drive motor by 30%. The large L/D ratio screw (36:1) ensures excellent plasticizing performance and superior material adaptability. Optimized die flow channel design enables low-temperature, low-pressure pipe extrusion.
