Product Description
This complete line produces cold-applied polyethylene (PE) anti-corrosion tapes.
• Composition: Three main sections: PE base film extrusion, adhesive coating, and slitting.
• Application: Protects underground/above-ground pipelines in oil, gas, petrochemical, and wastewater sectors.
Manufacturing Process Flow:
• Extrusion: PE granules are melted and formed into a uniform base film, then cooled on rollers.
• Coating: A butyl-based adhesive is precisely applied to the film, creating the functional layer.
• Slitting: The coated film is slit to the required tape widths.
• Finishing: Tape rolls are wound, inspected, and packaged for shipment.
