Advanced HDPE/PP Double Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line
Features of large caliber PE spiral drainage pipe:

Composite Reinforced Structure: First extrudes a high-strength square single-wall pipe as the structural core, then synchronously spirally winds molten PE adhesive material around it, forming a composite pipe with both high ring stiffness and flexibility.
Energy-Efficient Plastication: The extruders employ a unique variable-pitch, barrier-type screw design and a high-efficiency mixing system. This achieves low-temperature, low-energy consumption plastication tailored for high molecular weight materials, significantly increasing extrusion capacity while ensuring plastication quality.
Intelligent Synchronous Control: The entire line is centrally managed by an advanced PLC computer control system. Through touch-screen interfaces, it enables synchronized automatic control over the square pipe extrusion, adhesive extrusion, spiral winding, and cutting processes, ensuring process coordination and operational reliability.
