The HDPE pipe extrusion line primarily consists of a single screw extruder, die head, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank, haul-off unit, cutting device, and pneumatic discharge rack.

Comprising an AC motor, reduction gearbox, extrusion system, heating/cooling system, and electrical controls, the extruder is driven by a V-belt to ensure stable screw rotation and reliable processing of various plastic materials.

The die head includes a mandrel, neck mold, spiral body, cover, die body, bolts, and heating rings. Its polished and chrome-plated interior ensures smooth material flow and corrosion resistance. Wall thickness can be uniformly adjusted, and the copper calibration sleeve provides effective cooling and dimensional sizing.

Constructed from stainless steel, this unit integrates a frame, vacuum system, spray cooling system, and mobility mechanism. The vacuum system presses the newly extruded pipe against the copper sleeve for precise sizing, while spray nozzles ensure even cooling.

Featuring a stainless steel tank and frame with a spray cooling system, this stage further cools and stabilizes the pipe geometry after calibration.

Powered by an AC motor with frequency conversion speed control, the belt-type haul-off synchronizes with extrusion output. It includes an adjustable clamping system and automatic length measurement for accurate cutting positioning.

Designed with a punching blade mechanism for clean, debris-free cuts, the cutter consists of a cutting unit, clamping system, synchronized travel structure, and rigid frame.

This stainless steel table is equipped with a pneumatic tilting mechanism for automatic and efficient pipe unloading.
