This sheet extrusion line is equipped vertical three-roller calender, with high perfomance vented extruder, diescreen chanae svstem, cooling rocket, haul-off unit, cuting unit and etc. This kind of line is suitable to produce PE/PP/PS/HIPS/ABS/PVC single-layer and multi-layer sheet with thickness of 0.1mm to 30mm and width of up to3000mm.
The PE/PVC/ABS sheets are widely used in the fields of refrigerator, air conditioner, auto, advertisement, and construction, environmental protection, etc.

Calendering Design: The large conical slot design enhances cooling inside the rollers, ensuring temperature synchronization for high-quality production
