The 3PE Anticorrosion Coating Processing Line is designed to apply three-layer anti-corrosion coating for various steel pipes. The coating system consists of three layers: first FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy) coating, middle adhesive layer, and outside polyethylene layer.
3PE coating significantly enhances pipeline mechanical properties, providing high electrical resistance, waterproofing, wear resistance, and anti-aging protection. These coated steel pipes are widely used in pipeline systems for transmitting oil, gas, water, and other fluids, offering excellent resistance to chemicals, moisture, and harsh environmental conditions.
Upload pipes → Pipe screw conveyor → Rust removal with intermediate frequency heating → Epoxy powder coating → Outer layer solid & polyethylene coating → Cooling spray → Pipe screw conveyor → Grinding pipes, sending → Unload pipes
