Production Process
1. PE Base Film Extrusion
This HDPE anti-corrosion tape production line adopts high-quality HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) as the primary substrate. The raw polymer material is fully melted and plasticized via a high-efficiency single-screw extruder, uniformly forced through a high-precision extrusion die head, and finalized using multi-roller casting cooling and shaping technology.
2. Adhesive Coating
The integrated adhesive tape coating machine unit applies a specially formulated high-performance adhesive compound designed to deliver ultra-strong bonding viscosity and exceptional long-term weathering stability for critical oil & gas pipeline anti-corrosion applications.
3. Slitting & Winding
The final phase utilizes an automatic tension-controlled slitting system to process the coated master roll. The material is precisely slit into customized commercial widths based on end-user project parameters, then seamlessly transferred to a high-speed multi-station rewinding unit.
