The Qingdao Huashida steel elbow 3PE anti-corrosion production line is engineered for industrial applications including oil and gas transportation, water supply systems, sewage transportation, and chemical processing.
The system features at least sixteen sets of elbow pipe conveying structures with specialized rotating mechanisms. The driving mechanism's rotating shaft, powered by a motor, rotates the gear plate to transmit rotational power. Height-adjustable hanging rubber rollers accommodate different pipe diameters while maintaining uniform center height.
This 3LPE Elbow Coating Machinery is designed for curved steel pipe blasting, coating, and PE layer wrapping. The anti-corrosion system applies epoxy powder + adhesive + PE tape layers.
