The HDPE & PE Pipe Extrusion Production Line is a high-performance, fully automated manufacturing system designed for continuous production of high-quality polyethylene pipes. This advanced extrusion line combines cutting-edge technology with reliable operation to ensure excellent pipe quality and production efficiency.
Widely used in water supply, gas distribution, agricultural irrigation, industrial fluid transportation, cable protection, and drainage systems, the production line integrates raw material feeding, extrusion, vacuum calibration, cooling, haul-off, cutting, and stacking systems into one continuous process.
The equipment is engineered to produce pipes ranging from small-diameter communication ducts to large-diameter water and gas transmission pipelines. The system utilizes a high-efficiency single-screw extruder with advanced plasticizing technology to ensure uniform melting and stable extrusion performance.
The production process begins with automatic material loading and drying, followed by precision extrusion through a specially designed die head. The extruded pipe enters the vacuum calibration tank for accurate dimensional formation, then passes through cooling tanks for rapid, uniform cooling. The haul-off unit ensures stable pulling velocity, while the automatic cutting system provides precise pipe lengths.
