This HDPE pipe production line is designed for manufacturing PE80 and PE100 grade water and gas supply pipes with diameters from 20mm to 2000mm. It is widely used in municipal water supply, urban gas distribution, and agricultural irrigation. The line features a high level of automation, stable performance, and energy efficiency, making it an ideal solution for producing high-quality HDPE pipes.
HDPE water supplying pipe features excellent hot melt properties, flexibility, corrosion resistance, and aging tolerance. Widely used in municipal water supplying, city gas transportation and other industrial applications.
Single screw with barrier & mixing head; barrel features new model with slotting (channel). Both ensure good gelification, large output and stable performance.
Spiral model diehead provides low melt temperature, good mixing, low cavity pressure, and stable performance. Special calibrating and cooling system using water film lubrication and water-ring cooling ensures accurate diameter and roundness of thick wall pipe during high-speed extrusion.
Complete line controlled by PLC with intuitive human-machine interface. All technical parameters can be set and monitored via touch screen. Control system can be customized according to customer requirements.
