Smart Controlled PERT PU Foam Pipe Extrusion Line for Long Life Thermal Insulation Pipes
The polyurethane PERT pre-insulation pipe—internationally known as a flexible pre-insulated pipe—is defined in Chinese standards as Type II Heat-Resistant Polyethylene (PE-RT II) Low-Temperature Direct-Buried Heating Pipe.
This production line adopts a one-step continuous foaming process, ensuring stable performance, high production efficiency, and long-term reliability for district heating applications.
