Fully Automatic PE Jacket Pipe Extrusion Line for PU Pre-Insulated Pipes
This professional extrusion line is dedicated to manufacturing large-diameter PE outer jacket pipes for pre-insulated thermal pipelines.
Adopting optimized screw and barrel design, the machine achieves high output, stable plasticization and remarkable energy-saving effect. Equipped with precise vacuum calibration and intelligent PLC control system, it ensures uniform wall thickness, high roundness and smooth surface of finished pipes.
Its widely used in district cooling, district heating, oil & gas, and large-scale infrastructure projects across the Middle East., which is widely used in central heating, oil, nature gas and other industrial area.
