Featuring advanced extrusion technology, stable output performance, and precise thickness control, this production line ensures consistent product quality while reducing production costs. It is engineered to manufacture the primary HDPE backing layer used in heat shrinkable sleeve systems for pipeline joint protection, offering a simpler and more economical production solution.
Primarily used for pipe connection, field joint coating, wrapping around pipes, anti-corrosion of various pipe joints, and pipe repair applications. Suitable for oil and gas pipes, PU insulation pipes, 3LPE/2LPE steel pipes, and corrugated pipes.
