3PE FBE Steel Pipe Coating Production Line
The steel pipe anti-corrosion coating production line is specially designed for applying high-performance protective coatings to steel pipes of different diameters. It is widely used in the production of pipelines for oil and gas transportation, district heating, water supply, petrochemical, and other industrial applications.
Utilizing advanced coating technology, the production line applies a durable 3LPE coating system consisting of an FBE epoxy primer, adhesive layer, and polyethylene outer layer. This multi-layer structure provides superior corrosion resistance, excellent impact and abrasion resistance, outstanding waterproof and electrical insulation properties, and extends the service life of steel pipelines even under harsh operating conditions.
The line supports multiple coating processes, including FBE, 2-layer FBE, 2-layer PE, 2-layer PP, and 3-layer PE anticorrosion coatings.
The 3-layer PE (3LPE) coating structure consists of:
An inner fusion bonded epoxy (FBE) layer
A middle adhesive layer
An outer polyethylene (PE) protective layer
This multilayer structure ensures strong adhesion, reliable sealing, and superior long-term corrosion resistance.
