This achieves low-temperature, low-energy consumption plastication tailored for high molecular weight materials, significantly increasing extrusion capacity while ensuring plastication quality.
Intelligent Synchronous Control: The entire line is centrally managed by an advanced PLC computer control system. Through touch-screen interfaces, it enables synchronized automatic control over the square pipe extrusion, adhesive extrusion, spiral winding, and cutting processes, ensuring process coordination and operational reliability.
