Product Description

The 16-1600mm HDPE PE100 Pipe Extrusion Line is a professional, high-efficiency plastic pipe extrusion solution independently developed by Qingdao Huashida Machinery. Specially designed for mass production of PE80/PE100 high-pressure HDPE pipes, this full-series pipe manufacturing equipment covers a complete diameter range from 16mm to 1600mm, fully catering to municipal water supply, urban gas distribution, agricultural irrigation and industrial pipeline engineering. Equipped with nine standardized model configurations, the line supports adjustable production output from 350kg/h up to 2500kg/h, meeting small-batch and large-scale industrial pipe production demands.
As a SGS, CE, ISO9001:2015 triple-certified HDPE pipe extrusion machine, this turnkey production line features authoritative third-party quality verification, fully compliant with international infrastructure project bidding standards. Production Line Process Flow

The fully automatic HDPE PE100 pipe extrusion production line adopts a streamlined integrated process, realizing low-consumption, high-precision and zero-waste continuous pipe production:

1. Automatic Feeding & Drying: Equipped with vacuum automatic loader and hopper dryer to completely remove moisture from PE80/PE100 resin raw materials, ensuring pure and dry raw material input and avoiding pipe bubble defects, laying a foundation for high-quality pipe extrusion.
2. High-Torque Uniform Extrusion: Adopts 38CrMoAlA nitrided alloy single screw extruder with high torque drive. The screw features uniform plasticization and stable melt pressure, ensuring consistent physical performance of PE100 high-pressure pipes.
3. Helical Basket Die Head Forming: Advanced low-temperature helical basket co-extrusion die head realizes uniform melt mixing, effectively improving pipe roundness and hoop strength, meeting the high-pressure resistance requirements of municipal water and gas pipelines.
4. Precision Vacuum Calibration: Stainless steel vacuum calibration tank with water film lubrication and precise sizing rings ensures pipe diameter accuracy within ±0.1mm, realizing standard shaping of large and small diameter HDPE pipes.
5. Multi-Stage Spray Cooling: Gradient water spray cooling system ensures uniform cooling of pipe wall, prevents pipe deformation, and enhances the overall structural toughness of finished HDPE pipes.
6. Synchronous Hauling & Chipless Cutting: Heavy-duty synchronous haul-off unit ensures stable pipe traction. Matched with planetary chipless cutting machine, it realizes dust-free, flat and burr-free pipe cutting, meeting environmental protection and factory clean production standards.
7. Co-Extrusion Marking & Automatic Stacking: 25/25 color strip co-extrusion system automatically marks water and gas pipe identification lines. The automatic pipe stacker realizes orderly collection of finished pipes, realizing fully unmanned continuous production.
