Advanced Insulated Pipe Manufacturing System
Huashida's independently developed PUR Spray & PE Wrapping Insulated Steel Pipe Production Line (suitable for 508-1620mm steel pipes) integrates three core sections: an external pipe shot blasting and derusting line, a polyurethane spray foaming line, and a PE wrap winding production line.
This advanced production system is supported by multiple national utility patents, has obtained a third-party certified Level 5 technology rating, meets domestic leading industrial standards, and has been honored as Shandong Province First Set of Technical Equipment.
Equipped with a continuous PUR spraying process, this fully automated line delivers high production efficiency, reduced raw material consumption, and optimized energy savings. It ensures excellent polyurethane foaming quality, high closed-cell ratio, low water absorption, and a stable trinity molding structure. The eco-friendly, low-carbon insulated pipes produced feature stable performance and outstanding economic and social value.
