Our Cold Applied HDPE Anti-Corrosion Wrapping Tape Production Line is professionally engineered to manufacture high-performance polyethylene anti-corrosion wrapping tapes. These cold-applied PE adhesive tapes are widely used for corrosion protection of underground and overhead steel pipelines in oil, gas, petrochemical and wastewater treatment industries.
This fully automatic production line integrates three core functional units: PE base film extrusion system, butyl rubber adhesive coating unit, and precision slitting & rewinding equipment, achieving one-stop integrated manufacturing of standard HDPE pipe anti-corrosion wrapping tapes.
This production line adopts high-quality HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) as the base film raw material. The HDPE material is fully melted and plasticized via a high-efficiency single-screw extruder, uniformly extruded through precision die head molding, and finalized with multi-roller casting cooling and shaping technology. The whole process effectively guarantees consistent film thickness, stable physical performance and excellent surface flatness.
High-performance butyl rubber adhesive is specially formulated to deliver ultra-strong bonding viscosity and exceptional long-term weathering stability. The premium butyl adhesive is uniformly coated on single or double sides of the HDPE base film, forming a tight, durable anti-corrosion bonding layer. This ensures excellent adhesion, firm fitting performance and lasting pipeline corrosion protection in various harsh environments.
The coated master roll is adjusted and precisely slit into the required width. Finished cold-applied anti-corrosion wrapping tape is then rewound, packaged, and ready for delivery.
