The SKRG2000 HDPE Hollow Wall Corrugated Pipe production line manufactures pipes with exceptional structural properties including high stiffness, high impact intensity, and low weight. This advanced production line incorporates sophisticated technology including a primary single screw extruder for square shaped pipe production, specialized extrusion die, vacuum calibration water tank, and spray cooling system. The secondary system includes another single screw extruder for melting adhesive materials, spiral forming unit, and automated cutting and stacking equipment.
