The spray wrap insulated pipe production line independently developed by Huashida consists of three parts: a shot blasting and rust removal production line, a polyurethane spraying production line, and a PE winding production line. This is an efficient and automated equipment dedicated to the production of insulation pipes for heating, cooling, petroleum, chemical and other fields. The production includes the following key links:
1. Steel pipe pretreatment, rust removal and cleaning: First, the surface of the steel pipe is rust-removed, usually by shot blasting or sand blasting, to ensure that the surface is clean and free of rust, oil and other impurities. Preheating: Preheat the cleaned steel pipe so that the subsequent polyurethane can better adhere to the surface of the steel pipe during foaming.
2. Polyurethane foaming spray foaming: Mix the polyurethane raw materials through a high-pressure foaming machine and spray them evenly on the preheated steel pipe surface. The polyurethane raw materials foam rapidly on the surface of the steel pipe to form an insulation layer.
3. Wrapping the outer sheath: Wrap the outer sheath with polyethylene (PE) material on the outside of the polyurethane insulation layer to form an outer sheath. Cooling and shaping: The pipe after winding is cooled and shaped to ensure that the outer sheath and the insulation layer are tightly combined to form a stable structure.
4. Cutting and trimming Cutting: Cut the insulation pipe into the required length according to customer needs. Trimming: Trim the end of the pipe to ensure that the end surface is flat for subsequent installation and connection.
