This O-Type 3LPE steel pipe anti-corrosion coating line is a fully automatic integrated system professionally designed for high-performance protective coating on steel pipes. It combines shot blasting derusting, intermediate-frequency induction heating, electrostatic FBE powder spraying and O-type co-extrusion technology to complete full-process 3LPE and 2LPE anti-corrosion coating in one workflow.
The finished 3LPE coated steel pipes feature excellent resistance to acid, alkali and salt corrosion, stable physical performance and long service life. Widely applicable to oil and gas transmission, municipal water supply and drainage, and industrial fluid pipeline projects, it is ideal core equipment for professional steel pipe anti-corrosion engineering.

The standardized production workflow ensures uniform coating thickness, stable adhesion and high overall efficiency:
Pipe Loading: Automated upload via screw conveyor.
Surface Treatment: Professional rust removal (Sa2.5) via shot blasting.
Induction Heating: Precision intermediate frequency heating for optimal coating adhesion.
FBE Coating: Electrostatic Epoxy powder spraying.
3LPE/2LPE Application: O-Type co-extrusion of adhesive and polyethylene layers.
Cooling & Finishing: Water spray cooling followed by automated pipe end grinding/beveling.
