Qingdao Huashida Machinery Co., Ltd. has independently optimized and upgraded this PE series pre-insulated pipe extrusion production line based on absorbing advanced German pipe extrusion technology.
The production line adopts an integrated design, consisting of extrusion unit, vacuum calibration system, cooling unit, traction device, cutting equipment and stacking machine.
It performs excellently in key indicators such as automated operation, extrusion capacity, operational stability, and service life. Particularly compared with traditional internal pressure production lines, the vacuum sizing process has significant advantages in core performance aspects such as pipe ring stiffness, pressure resistance and surface smoothness.

Vacuum feeding PE particles → Hot air drying material → Extrusion plasticization → Mold forming → Vacuum sizing → Water cooling → Pulling out → Cutting pipes → Conveyor discharging
The single screw adopts barrier and mixing head as well as new barrel with grooves (channels), ensuring good gelation effect, large output and stable performance.
The inner surface in contact with plastic material is polished and chrome-plated to ensure smooth material flow and prevent rust. Pipe wall thickness uniformity can be adjusted via bolts. The copper calibration sleeve inside the die head cools the newly formed pipe and calibrates its outer diameter.
The vacuum calibration tank consists of frame, stainless steel tank body, vacuum system, spray cooling system and position adjustment device. The vacuum pump extracts air from the sealed tank, pressurizing the pipe against the calibration copper sleeve to ensure pipe diameter meets requirements. Nozzles cool the pipe surface from all directions.
This traction machine consists of drive device, clamping structure, adjustment system, side plates and base. It is driven by frequency conversion controlled AC motor, adaptable to different extrusion speeds.
This cutting machine adopts blade punching principle, ensuring dust-free cutting. It contains cutting, clamping and synchronous motion devices to improve efficiency.
The entire production line is controlled by advanced PLC system equipped with user-friendly interface. All technical parameters can be set and monitored via touch screen. We can also provide customized control systems according to specific requirements.
