The Conveyor Line is one of the most critical systems in a 3-Layer Polyethylene (3LPE) Anti-Corrosion Coating Production Line. It is designed to transport steel pipes smoothly and continuously through every stage of the coating process, including loading, preheating, shot blasting, induction heating, FBE coating, adhesive and polyethylene application, cooling, inspection, and unloading. The 3LPE Coating Line Conveyor System consists of a series of driven rollers, transfer mechanisms, lifting devices, and control units designed specifically for handling heavy steel pipes of various diameters and lengths. The system allows pipes to rotate during transportation, ensuring uniform surface treatment and coating application throughout the production process.
