Extruder
Efficient single screw extruder with water-cooling force feeding system, and barrel with grooving in the feeding zone are designed to save power of main motor; Long L/D ratio and mixing head are designed to get perfect jellification and high output.
Warranty period:
The mechanical part is guaranteed for 12 months and the electrical part is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of shipment.
Service:
The seller provides technical support and related electrical drawings for the buyer free of charge, and trains the buyer’s operators.
Installation and commissioning of equipment:
The seller will send enough technicians to the buyer to install and debug the equipment. The cost of round-trip air tickets, boarding and lodging, transportation, medical treatment, insurance, etc. of the seller’s experts and 100 USD per person per day shall be borne by the buyer.

It includes two parts.
The first part is PE Pipe Production Line. The function of it extrude PE/PP pipe or PE/PP Square Shaped Pipe ( according to your customer requirement ). It include as following equipment:

The second part is Forming Machine of HDPE Large Diameter Hollow Wall Winding Pipe. The function of it can produce qualified HDPE Large Diameter Hollow Wall Winding Pipe.
It includes as below equipment: SJ series Single Screw Extruder / Die Head / Spiral forming unit / Cutting Unit / Stack Unit / PLC control system with touch screen
Our Services
Quality guarantee period: 12 months or 14 months from date of Bill of Lading.
During this period, the seller will provide free service for all problems caused by quality of equipments, however except the problems caused by the buyer because of wrong operation.
Service: The seller would send technician to the buyer's factory to test the new machine and train people of the buyer. The buyer should pay for round-trip transportation expense, food, accommodation, insurance locally and related salary.
